CG4 Solutions Now – Terms of Service:

CG4 Solutions Now provides month-to-month local search and advertising management services. By submitting payment for any service, Client agrees to the following terms:

Services

Services may include Google Business Profile optimization and management, local SEO, AI SEO, review monitoring and automation, AI-assisted services, Google Local Services Ads management Google Ads Management, website build & maintenance, and/or other AI automations, as selected and invoiced.

No Guarantees

Client understands that Google rankings, lead volume, ad approval, and performance are not guaranteed and depend on multiple factors outside Provider’s control.

Advertising Spend

Advertising costs for Google Local Services Ads and Google Ads are paid directly to Google and are separate from Provider’s management fees.

Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for accurate business information, timely response to leads, and compliance with Google policies and licensing requirements.

Billing & Cancellation

Services are billed monthly in advance and are provided on a month-to-month basis. Client may cancel services at any time at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle by providing written notice. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis; however, Client acknowledges that meaningful results from Google Business Profile optimization, AI SEO, and local SEO typically require approximately 90 days of ongoing service.

Access & Ownership

Client retains ownership of all Google profiles and accounts. Provider may be granted access solely to perform services.

Limitation of Liability

Provider’s liability shall not exceed the fees paid by Client for the most recent thirty (30) day period.
